I found a few issues i didn't appreciate. the pool temperature was too cold. It was not enjoyable for a swim. also, our room wasn't properly serviced one day. we had to ask for fresh towels, which shouldn't be necessary. it was frustrating.

The room was clean, i found the bed cozy. the staff made check-in and check-out easy. i called maintenance about a water puddle in the fridge, and they handled it fast. thank you for the great hospitality. I can't wait to come back!
The air conditioning unit was very loud. My partner couldn't sleep well. fortunately, they moved us to the new part of the hotel. the steam room was lukewarm, and the hot tub was always full. this impacted leg recovery after long walks.

I stayed in a woodland balcony room with a king bed. the room was newly renovated and had plenty of space. the bed was comfortable. The shower was great. it provided good value.

The hotel had an indoor pool which was nice and clean. there are also outdoor fire places as well as chairs. i loved the outdoor fireplaces. This was a great way to unwind after a long day.

renovated room comfortable bed loud air unavailable hot tub
the room was newly renovated. it had plenty of space with a comfortable bed. i thought the value was quite good.
the air conditioning unit was very loud it disturbed my sleep. the outdoor hot tub was not available. i wish it had been.

equipped kitchen useful dishes outdoor pool closed restaurant unclear parking missing building labels
The room included a fully equipped kitchen. It had all the necessary dishes. I also took advantage of the hot tub and pool. This was particularly nice after a long day of activities.
I noticed the restaurant was closed . This was disappointing because the atmosphere seemed inviting. Figuring out parking was also a bit confusing (a clearer map would help).
